Customer success Manager
The Swedish Customer Success Team at ILT Education is now looking for a new colleague. Is that you? We are looking for an innovative, communicative, collaborative, and driven person with experience in teaching. As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the customer journey and are in close contact with our customers. You are monitoring user data and suggesting activities for increased usage. The Customer Success Manager is making sure that the customers’ high expectations are met. As a part of our team, you will have the chance to influence and shape the future of learning tools in an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and new ways of thinking. You will be a part of both a Swedish and a global team with colleagues all over Europe. You will report to the Global Head of Customer Success.
Areas of responsibility
- Avoid churn
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Assist customers in expanding their usage of our products.
- Onboarding and training of new customers.
- Monitor customer activity, anticipate future needs, and provide recommendations.
- Provide an excellent customer experience.
- Communicate consistently with customers throughout the contract life-cycle, escalating important issues where needed.
- Suggesting and creating learning materials as a complement to our existing products and services.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify risks and improvements.
Previous experience
- Teaching experience
- Experience working in a commercial company
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Swedish and professional-level English
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in leading workshops or training sessions.
