Lukulumo ja Ronald McDonald Lastentalosäätiö yhteistyössä – Lukulumo lahjoittaa lukemisen iloa Ronald McDonald Talon perheille

Ronald McDonald Lastentalosäätiö auttaa perheitä pysymään sairaan lapsen lähellä lapsen ollessa hoidossa HUS Uudessa lastensairaalassa. Meilahdessa sijaitseva Ronald McDonald Talo tarjoaa perheille yösijan ja kiintopisteen, kun muualla maailmassa myrskyää.

Lukulumo tahtoo tukea Ronald McDonald Lastentalosäätiön arvokasta työtä ja ilahduttaa Talon asukkeja.

"Teemme sen parhaalla tietämällämme tavalla: tarjoamalla perheille lukemisen iloa ja tarinoiden taikaa." Lukulumosta kommentoidaan.

"Kuvakirjapalvelu Lukulumo on ollut perheiden parissa suosittu, sitä voivat käyttää niin Talolla asuvat sisarukset kuin sairaalassa oleva lapsikin oman vointinsa mukaan. Etenkin koulujen loma-aikoina, kuten nyt kesällä, on Talossa vilinää ja sisarukset ottavat ilolla kaiken puuhan vastaan. Aurinkoisina päivinä kirjoja on mukava kuunnella puutarhassamme ja sateella vaikkapa oman huoneen rauhassa" kerrotaan Ronald McDonald Lastentalosäätiöltä.”
