Literacy development is cumulative. Decisions made in one phase shape pupils’ access, confidence, and attainment in the next. This session focuses on how to lead literacy with coherence across early years, primary, and secondary phases.

Led by Rory File and guest speaker Alex Fairlamb, this session is particularly relevant for leaders working across multiple phases or within all-through settings.
