Polylino secures leading NPS score

We’re delighted to announce the result of our recent Net Promoter Score(NPS), which saw us achieve 80 in Sweden and Finland, two of our longest-standing markets. The score, which gauges our customers overall satisfaction with the service, highlights our position as a leading resource to support early years language and literacy development.

A key takeaway from the survey is the impact that Polylino is having in nursery schools, with early years practitioners confirming that the service has improved language development among all children in the setting (Germany 25%, Norway 30%, Finland 70%, Sweden 82%) and that self esteem and pride among second language children also significantly improved (40% Norway, Germany 60%, Finland 64% and Sweden 81%). This resonates with Polylino’s vision to open the door to literature and to bring the magic of storytime to every child, regardless of their learning requirements or home language.

Given that Polylino only launched in the UK last September, it has not yet run the survey with its UK customers –  however, encouragingly the results echoes the feedback that we receive from UK Nurseries.
