Keep Reading This Summer

Polylino is passionate about getting children and their families reading, especially during summer when early years settings may be closed.

This summer, we've developed an activity sheet for home use, aimed at keeping children engaged with the books they read. 

On this activity sheet, you will find eight different activities for children to do alongside texts found on the Polylino platform. Children can tick off the boxes on each activity as they complete them.

What makes this activity extra special, is that activites can be carried out with the whole family. 

 

Top Tip

Why not run a competition? Distribute the printout to parents and guardians before summer begins, and offer a prize for entries returned in the new school term.
