A Clear Strategy for Literacy

Linda McCauley Griffiths, Director of Education and Skills for East Ayrshire Council, tells us how, through partnership with ILT Education, they have been able to scale their 2024–2027 Education Service Improvement Plan consistently across early years, primary, secondary and ASN, and extended into community services, adult learning and EAL support, delivering impact across schools and the wider community.
