Reading account usernames

Who gets the accounts, what is Google Sync, and how do I get more accounts?

On this page you will find the answer to all technical questions about Lukulumo's usernames.

There are three ways to create reading room usernames: Google Sync, Office 365 Sync, or Excel Download (through our customer service or our administration portal). Read more below!

Early childhood education:

As a rule, we create IDs for early childhood education staff. There are two ways to create IDs:

1. When you purchase Polylino, you will receive an Excel list in which you fill in the information of the staff members for whom you want to create Polylino user IDs.

Alternatively, the administrator of your organization can create usernames through the Admin Portal. Instructions for this can be found here or in video format below.
Your organization administrator can create, manage, and delete usernames through the Admin Portal. We recommend that your organization has multiple administrators.

2. If your organization uses Office 365 or Google (G Suite for education), we can sync. Once synced, all users in your Office 365 / Google environment will be able to sign in to Reading Room with their Google IDs. If you add new users to your Office 365 / Google environment, access will be automatically added to their IDs. So you don’t have to add new users manually. Read more about syncing in our guide.

If you want to sync office 365 / Google, follow these steps:

  1. Read the guide and think about the answers to the questions in it.
  2. Contact our technical support. Phone: +46 8 – 556 115 55 Email: teknisksupport@inlasningstjanst.se Please contact us in English or Swedish. If neither language bends, you can contact our customer service to help you move forward.

Your organization administrator can create, manage, and delete usernames through the Admin Portal. We recommend that your organization has multiple administrators.

A staff member can create, edit, and delete student IDs through the maintenance portal.

Students can also log in to the maintenance portal and update their own password.

If students do not have an email address, follow the instructions in this guide.
