ILT Train the Trainer

ILT Train the trainer is a concept developed to enhance internal competence for staff using Polylino. We train, support and quality assure your experience with Polylino so that you can use your subscriptions in the best way possible.

ILT Train the Trainer is based on us training a person at your preschool or school who then educates other staff.

The training is developed with the help of the three building blocks detailed below.

Inspire

We have a number of training opportunities that are aimed at different target groups and tailored to your needs. With a trained “trainer,” knowledge will be built and disseminated from within your organization. This gives you ownership for both the trainers and for the educators who receive the training internally.

We’ll work with the question “why” and create added value during the training.

You’ll also receive additional benefits of being a trained trainer, like receiving early-access information and the opportunity to be able to test and contribute to the development of the service.

Inform

We’ll go through the basic pillars you need to effectively train your employees to use Polylino.

We’ll discuss details to adapt the training to your specific organization. You’ll get concrete examples of how educators can be set up internally.

We discuss what you need to consider when adopting Polylino for your preschool or school.

Establish

About two weeks after you have participated in the ILT Train the Trainer training, you will receive a short quiz to help us understand where we can enhance your understanding and use of Polylino.

In connection with the quiz result, we’ll give you feedback and assist you in how to structure training for your staff. We’ll also book a follow up after you have held your first internal training, and you’ll of course maintain access to early information and other opportunities.
