ILT Education acquired by Trill Impact

ILT Education is delighted to announce that on 16th June 2021, we were acquired by Trill Impact after an agreement was made with our previous owners Priveq.

Trill Impact is a private equity firm which supports mid-sized companies in Northern Europe that have the potential to accelerate value creation while contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals.

Commenting on the agreement, Johan Lundén, Investment Director at Trill Impact said:
