Polylino is now available for Ukrainian refugees to use with their family for free
Polylino is now available for Ukrainian refugees to use with their family for free in North America.
In response to the continuing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, we have decided to open up Polylino, our multilingual digital book services for children, for Ukrainian families who are arriving in North America to use for free outside of the classroom. Ukrainian refugees will be able to access all of our books for free, including those which can be listened to in Ukrainian.
Speaking about why we have chosen to do this, Jakob Skogholm our CEO said: “At ILT Education we promote inclusivity and want to ensure we provide equal access to education for all. During these unprecedented times, this is our way of offering help and support to those families who are suffering.”
Books and literature can be a great tool to use with children when talking about difficult topics and the feelings that the children may have but do not know how to cope with. With Polylino, families will be able to access hundreds of books, many of which are available to listen to in multiple languages including Ukrainian. Both services can be accessed using a smartphone, a tablet (Android & iOS) and a computer.
We are also opening up our services in Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the USA and Canada.
