ILT Education Acquires Swedish Competitor Ugglo

ILT Education is delighted to announce that on September 3, 2021 it acquired Ugglo

As competitors in Sweden, ILT Education and Ugglo have together built the preschool and school market for digital and audio books across Scandinavia. From now on, the two companies will continue along this journey together and create an even stronger and better service for schools to use in the future.

This is an exciting step for ILT Education and supports their mission to promote language development and inclusion for all children.
