As a CEO Office Analyst
As a CEO Office Analyst, you will work closely with the executive management team and report directly to the CEO. You will act as a flexible, hands-on resource, deployed across a variety of initiatives that require both strong execution skills and sharp analytical thinking, supporting different parts of the organization.
Your responsibilities may include market analysis, participation in due diligence for acquisitions, data analysis, and leading or driving various types of projects.
You likely have a few years of experience from a management consulting firm but are now seeking a more operational role. You are proactive, action-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you enjoy taking initiative and driving momentum.
Typical responsibilities
- Conduct market analyses
- Collect, structure, and analyze data
- Support our Country Managers in identifying and screening potential acquisition targets (M&A)
We think you have
- 1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, business development, strategy, analytics, or a similar field
- A university degree in business, economics, or another relevant discipline
- Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken
- Strong skills in Excel and data analysis
- A proactive, forward-leaning, and socially confident individual
- Comfortable working in a generalist role where structure and frameworks are still evolving
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to identify needs and opportunities across the organization
